Reviews and Ratings
My stay was a bit of a mixed bag. While the location was central and the hotel had a historical charm, the service fell short of expectations, and I encountered issues with cleanliness and amenities. I definitely felt the price did not match the experience I had. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a high-end experience.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this historic hotel for my 15-year wedding anniversary. The staff’s attention to detail made our stay memorable, from the warm welcome with champagne and strawberries to the exceptional service throughout. The only minor downside was some noise from cleaning early in the morning, but it was easily managed. Overall, a charming place that I highly recommend.
I had a lovely stay at this historic hotel in Denver, with its stunning lobby and beautiful decor. The rooms are quaint, and while mine was a bit small, it was still functional and comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walk from many shops and restaurants. However, I did have some inconveniences with the bathroom plumbing and check-out process. Overall, it's a unique place worth visiting, especially for the incredible brunch and live music.
Our stay at this beautiful historic hotel was truly memorable, with high marks for the elegant ambiance, cleanliness, and wonderful afternoon tea with live entertainment. The room was spacious and comfortable, but we did face an HVAC issue during the night, which made things a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, with delightful dining experiences that I'll cherish.
The Brown Palace in downtown Denver is a truly historic and beautiful hotel with an amazing ambiance. My stay was enhanced by the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Norman at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help me with last-minute printing needs. The rooms are gorgeous and well-appointed, although you might find some aspects underwhelming due to the classic design. Overall, the hotel is luxurious and provides a memorable experience, making it a perfect choice for special occasions.
